This is just about Business Strategy analysis. Even we studied about it in class I wanted to explain more. As we studied in class we should analize internal and external influences.
Internal analysis-SWOT
External analysis-PEST
We know about SWOT.
PEST
P-Political:Local, national, international political developments-How will they affect the organization and in what ways.
E-Economic:What are the main economic issues both nationally and internationally-that might affect the organization?
S-Social: What are the developing social trends that may impact on how the organization operates and what will they mean for future planning?
T-Technology: Changing technology can impact on competitive advantage quickly
